Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, with two double beds and a decent bathroom, were cozy despite the chill outside in late November. However, there were different room configurations – some with two doubles, others with a double and a twin. The central courtyard added a nice touch to the surroundings.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located near the town center, which was great for exploring. The rooms were decent, but I was a bit disappointed by the tiny shower room. The service was not top-notch, as there were communication barriers with the staff. The dining experience was excellent, although limited due to an early departure. Overall, the stay was okay, with some ups and downs.
I must say, this hotel really surprised me! The rooms were nicely appointed with some lovely little touches and plenty of natural light. However, they were a bit noisy and on the smaller side, especially the tiny shower. The service was incredibly pleasant and helpful, making my stay quite enjoyable. The location was like stepping back in time to Old Mexico, just a block away from the bustling Guadalupe street full of charming shops and eateries. The dining experience was very good, offering a buffet style with a nice variety of dishes. Overall, a great place to stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel gives you spacious and comfortable rooms, but they felt a bit dark and simply furnished. The service was a bit mixed, with friendly staff during the day but lacking a natural warm welcome. The location was beautifully kept, making you feel like you're in Old Mexico, but it's easy to get lost. The dining was good, although served a few houses down from the hotel, and the hotel facilities were satisfactory.
I was pleased with the hotel's great location near the town center, but found some issues with getting lost in the vicinity. The rooms were built around two small, pretty courtyards, offering a charming setting. The service was inconsistent, with some staff members being stand-offish, while others were attentive. The dining options were available nearby but not within the hotel itself. The facilities were decent, but the layout of the area could be confusing for guests.
